Our ideal MSP Computer Support Specialist II will have 3+ years’ experience supporting Windows Server 2016+ for small to mid-size environments. The MSP Computer Support Specialist II will serve as an escalation presence for the L1 Service Desk technicians and will be working periodically with Project Engineers providing implementation and remediation support. MSP Computer Support Specialist II Responsibilities and Technologies:
- Configure servers and other vital components in Azure.
- Azure administration and support.
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization.
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances.
- Maintains confidentiality, integrity, & security of clients’ data by adhering to security standards.
- Support end-users remotely and on-site environment resolving hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot network devices and business-specific or line-of-business applications.
- Support for escalated tickets and respond to urgent customer requests.
- Experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment required for consideration
