MSP – Service Technician
We are seeking a driven MSP – Service Technician– to join us full time in a rapid growing MSP company. The MSP – Service Technician has the opportunity to step into a hybrid Junior Support Engineer role shadowing senior technicians on more complex issues to grow their knowledge and become more autonomous.
MSP – Service Technician will be part of a team coordinating technology refreshes and deployments to end-users. The MSP – Service Technician position requires someone with 1-2 years of IT support / MSP experience who enjoys working with customers and learning from senior-level engineers.
The MSP – Service Technician will have experience troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and testing different technologies and performing level 1-2 technical support on the Help Desk team. This opportunity allows the selected candidate to grow internally with the company.
MSP – Service Technician:
- Provides support from start to finish for all desktop/server-related issues including problem assessment/resolution
- Performing software and hardware installation/configuration as needed.
- Perform some analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new or existing computer systems in a Windows environment.
- Resolve customer issues, providing superior customer service to ensure satisfied customers
- Configure, network and share printers
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SMB, and other common protocols
MSP – Service Technician:
- Salary: $50,000- $60,000
