MSP – Support Desk Administrator

Due to rapid growth, we are looking to bring on an experienced MSP – Support Desk Administrator to our dynamic team. The ideal MSP – Support Desk Administrator will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider. The MSP – Support Desk Administrator will heavily use MS O365, MS Azure, and AWS, various virtualization tools (VMware & Hyper-V), and desktop/networking support.

The MSP – Support Desk Administrator will assist end-users in all areas of need while identifying risks daily. The selected MSP – Support Desk Administrator Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care to provide the highest quality of customer service.

MSP – Support Desk Administrator Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
  • Good understanding of MSP/MSSP support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Migrate O365/G-Suite/Servers
  • VMware and Hyper-V virtualization tools experience
  • Contacts software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products, to get software patches, or resolve user issues
  • Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
  • Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks (routers/switches/firewalls) and in house servers
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
