As a MSP System Administrator Level II (Escalations Team), will support design and implementation to training and maintenance. MSP System Administrator Level II (Escalations Team) Duties & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare (Citrix & Hyper-V welcome), Dell, HP
  • Implement new solutions and technologies to enhance client systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with both physical and virtual servers
  • Experience troubleshooting printers and remote support
  • Extensive experience with network connectivity: WAN and LAN
  • Understanding and ability to troubleshoot remote access solutions: VPN and Terminal Services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with both physical and virtual server
  • Experience working with ConnectWise Automate/ConnectWise Control
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously when assigned by senior engineers

MSP System Administrator Level II (Escalations Team) Salary and Benefits:

  • $75k – $85k
