We are currently seeking an MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 with previous experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider. As a MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 you will take escalated tickets from Level 1’s and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects. the MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 will provide support for Microsoft Windows servers (AD, DNS, GPO), Azure, desktops/printers, and varying hardware platforms, including Dell and HP.
MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 Technical Proficiencies:
- MSP experience required for consideration
- Knowledge/ Experience with Office 365
- Knowledge/ Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge/ Experience with DNS
- Knowledge/ Experience with DHCP
- ConnectWise Experience preferable (Not required)
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 Benefits:
