Senior System Administrator & Project Engineer (MSP)

For over 20 years we have been a leading Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting clients throughout the DFW. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior System Administrator & Project Engineer (MSP) to join our Professional Services team.

As the title suggests, the Senior System Administrator & Project Engineer (MSP) will spend the vast majority of their time working on projects. The Senior System Administrator & Project Engineer (MSP) will also need to handle the highest level escalations as needed. The Senior System Administrator & Project Engineer (MSP) will handle advanced troubleshooting of server, desktop, and network issues as well as assisting in hardware/software upgrade rollouts, new infrastructure builds, and assisting with business continuity services.

*** MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MSP EXPERIENCE ***

Senior System Administrator & Project Engineer (MSP) Required Experience:

M365 troubleshooting/administration/migration
Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows, and Mac
Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
Security Monitoring, Assessment and Remediation.
Installation, service, troubleshooting and repair.
Operating System installation and configuration
Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, Azure, and AWS.
Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
Centrally Managed WiFi, AV, DSR etc.
Server Technologies such as Exchange, SQL, IIS, SharePoint, etc.
