Senior System Engineer Tier 3 (Hybrid) MSP

The Senior System Engineer Tier 3 (Hybrid) MSP will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building networks, and supporting escalated support. The Senior System Engineer Tier 3 (Hybrid) MSP will help clients implement projects and deploy new technologies daily. The Senior System Engineer Tier 3 (Hybrid) MSP must have experience working with VMware, Azure, SonicWall. In this role you will be completing migrations, handling migrations, configure virtual servers via AWS/Azure, and designing Cloud infrastructure and etc..

Senior System Engineer Tier 3 (Hybrid) MSP Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Juggling many projects, migrations, and deployments
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
  • Implementing & Design Cloud infrastructures
  • Design, implement, and support SonicWall networks
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
  • Highly proficient with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools•
  • Experience and understanding of any of the following TCP, NAT, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VLAN, VPN
  • Occasionally being the last point of escalation on tickets
  • Experience with virtual technologies such as VMware ESX, or Hyper-V

Senior System Engineer Tier 3 (Hybrid) MSP Salary & Benefits:
