Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP):
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) with a foundational knowledge in help desk support and networking. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment where every team member plays a vital role in our success.
The Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) must have previous experience in the IT Managed Services industry and supporting AWS in production. Whether it’s resolving network issues, implementing IT solutions, or providing top-tier customer service, your work will directly impact the success of our clients practices across the region.
Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft business applications, operating systems, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, networks (LAN/WAN), and hardware like servers and printers.
- Manage basic networking tasks, including setting up VPNs, firewalls, and remote access solutions.
- Support AWS-based environments with RDS, FSX, EC2, and related services (knowledge of VPC, Route 53, and load balancers is a plus).
- Handle system documentation, ticket management, and updates using ConnectWise.
- Assist with hardware installations, software maintenance, and routine system monitoring.
