Support Desk Administrator – MSP
We are looking for an experienced Support Desk Administrator – MSP to join our growing team. This is a full time position for an experienced Support Desk Administrator – MSP who has 2+ years of working for a Managed Service Provider.
As a Support Desk Administrator – MSP you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and migrating client line of business applications and hardware. The Support Desk Administrator – MSP should have the ability to replace/upgrade RAM and Hard Drives on user machines, manage users in Active Directory and have the ability to perform minor network troubleshooting.
Support Desk Administrator – MSP Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- Install and configure disaster recovery solutions
- Good understanding of MSP/MSSP support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide IT services
- Migrate O365/G-Suite/Servers
- Intermediate Scripting knowledge including PowerShell
- VMware and Hyper-V virtualization tools experience
- Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
- Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks (routers/switches/firewalls) and in house servers
