System Administrator II (Hybrid Workplace) – MSP

The System Administrator II (Hybrid Workplace) – MSP will support projects to implement, upgrade and support hardware/software systems. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve high-scope technical issues, including integrating hardware and operating systems. System Administrator II will also handle VMware support and implementations.

System Administrator II (Hybrid Workplace) – MSP Duties: 

  • Work with the team to provide server administration
  • Work with customers on best practices, advanced troubleshooting, and future systems designs.
  • Support projects to implement, upgrade and support hardware/software systems
  • Experience with virtualization/cloud computing technologies with VMware or performing P2V
  • Experience in working with firewalls/routers/switches (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Must be highly proficient with Windows Server 2010-2019
  • Experience working with ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto RMM
  • Maintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive

System Administrator II (Hybrid Workplace) – MSP  Requirements:

  • TOP REQUIREMENT: experience working with a Managed Service Provider
  • Must have experience with firewalls/routers/switches
  • Hands on experience with Active Directory and O365
  • RMM ticketing tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto
  • Extensive knowledge with virtualization tools: VMware or Hyper V

System Administrator II (Hybrid Workplace) – MSP Salary & Benefits:

  • $65,000 to $75,000
