System Administrator -Support Team (MSP)

We seek a System Administrator -Support Team (MSP) to join a growing Cloud Managed Service Provider to onboard new small to mid-size companies to the Cloud. The System Administrator -Support Team (MSP) will spend some of their time visiting local SMB client sites to perform network assessments and provide hands-on IT migration and deployment of servers and networks.

The System Administrator -Support Team (MSP) will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies. The System Administrator -Support Team (MSP) will be working closely with MS Azure, and working hands-on with desktops/networking physical servers.

System Administrator -Support Team (MSP) Experience:

  • Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Migration experience / Hybrid Cloud and on-prem
  • Knowledge of Exchange (Azure, O365 is a plus), Active Directory, DNS
  • Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
  • Ticketing system and RMM experience (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, SolarWinds, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Citrix and VMware migrations and deployments
  • Virtualization/cloud computing technologies, specifically VMware and performing P2Vs
  • Level 2 experience in network and firewalls Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, AV, CFS, routing, switching, network access control systems, WiFi
  • Azure experience
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
