Systems Engineer L3 (Hybrid) – MSP – Duties:
- Strong experience with Cloud technologies, particularly Azure
- Proficiency in Virtualization technologies, with a focus on VMware
- Solid expertise in supporting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Familiarity with concepts, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewalls, specifically SonicWall
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Exchange user accounts through Office 365
- IT Glue administration skills, with a preference for candidates possessing process automation abilities
- Extensive experience with P2V and V2V migration
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall, Palo Alto)
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
- Configure servers and other critical components in Azure
