Tier II Systems Engineer/Field Technician
Right now we have a position available for a Tier II Microsoft Field Technician who has experience supporting multiple clients in multiple environments.
We are a staffing firm that works with infrastructure and support talent only. Our clients are strictly outsourced IT companies and cloud providers.
This particular client is based in Chantilly, VA and has an outstanding reputation for the customer service oriented approach that they provide to their customer base. They have been in business for over 20 years and have a work hard/play hard environment that encourages growth. This company provides traditional Managed Services as well as Cloud Solutions and Hosting Solutions. If you’re looking for exposure to the Cloud, this is the perfect opportunity.
Requirements:
Experience working as a field technician. A background visiting client sites is absolutely required.
Experience with Microsoft Server 2008 (experience in building and configuring Server is highly sought after)
Experience with Active Directory including Group Policies
Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010
Experience working in virtualized environments with VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
