We are currently seeking a Junior IT System Administrator (ConnectWise) MSP to join our team.

The Junior IT System Administrator (ConnectWise) MSP will be able to get a $500-$2000 bonus per certification, which can be redeemed for training time (paid week off to learn for certification), testing fees, or as a bonus. Tier I Technical Support Specialist (ConnectWise) MSP Duties:

  • Experience with administration of M365 and M365 product suite
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Group Policy and AD topologies
  • Provide end-user technical support, hardware installation, and infrastructure replacement at customer location
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise and IT Glue
  • Respond to customer support requests through phone and email from the SPG HQ Support Operation Center
  • Escalate technical issues to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as necessary
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity problems and possess a good understanding of networking services such as DNS and DHCP
  • Perform workstation imaging and handle virus/malware removal.

Tier I Technical Support Specialist (ConnectWise) MSP Salary / Benefits:
