IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary escalation point from tier 1 and tier 2 support technicians
- Support of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, and hardware
- Virtualization design, implementation, and support (VMware, Hyper-V, Xen)
- Completion of Microsoft 365/Azure administration and migrations
- Device firmware and OS patching/upgrades as required
- Setup, configuration, administration, of firewalls and firewall clusters along with multi-site policy configurations.
- System backup and recovery procedures and techniques.
