The Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions. The Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP, will support projects supporting O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) support.

Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Experience:

End-User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
MUST HAVE 3 + YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE
Server 2008/2008R2, Server 2012/2012R2, Server 2016, VMware, Hyper-V
Exchange, SQL, Active Directory, DNS, File Server, Domain Controller
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory and Group Policy, good if you are familiar with Citrix
Azure deployments
Active Directory and Group Policy creation
O365/G-suite/Azure Migrations
Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
VMware and/or Hyper-V experience
P2V migration experience
3+ years of project implementation as a network engineer or network administrator
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall; Ubiquiti)
Webroot a plus
Enterprise-level anti-virus experience
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS
Routing, Switching and Firewalls, and other network appliances experience
