System Administrator II – Managed Services Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of client systems and infrastructure
- You will work closely with our System Admin Level 1 and Level 3 teams to ensure our clients’ IT needs are met with speed and efficiency
- Participate in the design and execution of system upgrades and maintenance plans
- Maintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Provide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote users
- Setup new desktops and related software for new and existing users
System Administrator II – Managed Services Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- At least 4 years in a technical support position
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Experience with RMM tools such as Connectwise
- Understanding of Active Directory, with Azure and Office 365 integrations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS through 10 and Microsoft Office through 2019
