The System Administrator (Partial Remote – MSP) will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies. The System Administrator (Partial Remote – MSP) work along senior technicians will be able to work with MS Office 365 and MS Azure. This role will also will give you the opportunity hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The System Administrator (Partial Remote – MSP) will assist end-users in all areas of need while identifying risks, and problematic issues.

System Administrator (Partial Remote – MSP) Duties:

Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, basic virtualization, Active Directory, DNS
Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
Understanding and supporting 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
Supporting migrations and deployments of O365/G-Suite/Servers/ Citrix and Hyper-V / VMWare
Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
Configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers
Experience in network and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
Attending customer support requests via phone, email, or in-person
Experience working with IT Glue and PowerShell is a plus
