System Engineer & Client Success Manager (MSP)

We are a large, nationwide Managed Service Provider with over 500 employees and expanded service offerings including but not limited to Cloud Computing and Cyber Security. Currently, we are seeking a System Engineer & Client Success Manager (MSP) to provide white glove technical support and consultation to various clients. This position is a senior level role. The ideal System Engineer & Client Success Manager (MSP) is a mid-senior level Engineer with strong customer relations skills.

System Engineer & Client Success Manager (MSP) Requirements:

MCSE or MCSA preferred
5+ Years of Managed Service Provider experience REQUIRED
10+ years of IT experience
Experience implementing and configuring network devices (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki)
Advanced experience working with Microsoft technologies, AD, O365, Azure, Windows Servers, Hyper V, GPO, LAN/Wireless administration, Vmware,
Experience establishing network environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
Experience designing and implementing new solutions and improving existing infrastructure
