We are seeking an Desktop Support Technician Tier 2 (MSP). The Desktop Support Technician Tier 2 should have at least a year of Managed Services experience. The Desktop Support Technician Tier 2 will be setting up and maintain Windows Servers and Desktops in a LAN/WAN environment. Desktop Support Technician Tier 2’s daily responsibilities will include Server and Desktop support for our customers. This includes hardware repairs, software installation, SonicWall Router/VPN set up and support as needed in a Windows 7 – 10 and Server 2008 – 2016 or 2019 environment.

Desktop Support Technician Tier 2 (MSP) Technical Skills & Requirements:

  •  Must have 2+ years of Managed IT Service experience
  • Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, and logging and tracking any additional troubleshooting that may occur
  • Knowledge of software/hardware repair and Windows 10
  • VMware
  • Azure/Office365
  • Networking, Routers, Switches, Cabling, Network setups and troubleshooting
  • DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP administration
