Entry Level Junior System Administrator (Ticket crusher) – MSP Experience
- Install operating systems, software applications, and perform routine maintenance on equipment such as computers, printers, and scanner
- Work on firewalls, routers, wireless access points, and other network equipment
- Set up and configure new technology equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Train on and learn to deploy Microsoft 365 systems
- Repair problems for both desktop and laptop computers
