Help Desk Manager (Local WFH) MSP Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on help desk operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ***Must have 1+ year of MSP experience or working for MSP like environment ***
- Advanced knowledge of IT management practices, strategic planning, and customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical escalations effectively
- Experience in evaluating and enhancing operational procedures for optimal efficiency
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and present insights to senior management.
- Dedication to security protocols and compliance measures.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
