Help Desk Technician Responsibilities: 

  • Configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing network devices, servers, and computers
  • Have the ability to add/delete users to/from domain
  • Escalate tickets to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as needed
  • From time to time on-site teams will need additional resource to help deliver projects either on-site or remotely

Help Desk Technician Requirements: 

  • MUST HAVE: 1 year working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Experience with administration of Office 365 and Office product suite
  • Administration of Active Directory, implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy, and AD topologies
  • Experience with ConnectWise
  • Basic Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare

Help Desk Technician Benefits:
