- Configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing network devices, servers, and computers
- Have the ability to add/delete users to/from domain
- Escalate tickets to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as needed
- From time to time on-site teams will need additional resource to help deliver projects either on-site or remotely
Help Desk Technician Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: 1 year working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Experience with administration of Office 365 and Office product suite
- Administration of Active Directory, implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy, and AD topologies
- Experience with ConnectWise
- Basic Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
