As growing Managed Service based out of NYC, we are seeking top talent to provide clients exceptional customer service and overcome common MSP Industry challenges. We are seeking an experience Help Desk Technician to join our journey!

Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:

Configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing network devices, servers, and computers
Have the ability to add/delete users to/from domain
Escalate tickets to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as needed
From time to time on-site teams will need additional resource to help deliver projects either on-site or remotely

Help Desk Technician Requirements:

MUST HAVE: 1 year working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Experience with administration of Office 365 and Office product suite
Administration of Active Directory, implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy, and AD topologies
Experience with ConnectWise
Basic Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
