Previous MSP experience is required for Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) position.
The Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) will diagnose system and application failure to isolate the source of problems between equipment, network, system software, application program and user knowledge. We are seeking a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) with previous experience Service Desk performing Tier1/Tier2 phone and remote and fully understand the importance of client satisfaction, consultant etiquette, and follow up.
Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- Strong experience with management of MS365 environments including email, MDM and Intune
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 including baseline security policies.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows-based servers.
- Familiarity with RMM and remote assistance tools (e.g. ConnectWise)
- Experience troubleshooting issues related to Windows, AD, DNS and IP networking.
- Email Security/Spam filtering (e.g. Ironscales, Proofpoint)
- Familiarity with hosted VoIP systems
- Experience in a scripting language, preferably Windows PowerShell.
- Good problem-solving ability and interest in learning.
- Responsible, proactive, great interpersonal skills.
