Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise)

Previous MSP experience is required for Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) position.

The Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) will diagnose system and application failure to isolate the source of problems between equipment, network, system software, application program and user knowledge. We are seeking a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) with previous experience Service Desk performing Tier1/Tier2 phone and remote and fully understand the importance of client satisfaction, consultant etiquette, and follow up.

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (ConnectWise) Requirements:

  • Strong experience with management of MS365 environments including email, MDM and Intune
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 including baseline security policies.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows-based servers.
  • Familiarity with RMM and remote assistance tools (e.g. ConnectWise)
  • Experience troubleshooting issues related to Windows, AD, DNS and IP networking.
  • Email Security/Spam filtering (e.g. Ironscales, Proofpoint)
  • Familiarity with hosted VoIP systems
  • Experience in a scripting language, preferably Windows PowerShell.
  • Good problem-solving ability and interest in learning.
  • Responsible, proactive, great interpersonal skills.
