Field Technician – MSP
We are a rapidly growing multi-faceted MSP firm, providing both Accounting and Technology services to businesses throughout the DC Metro area. We focus on employee upward mobility while offering a fun and collaborative work environment.
Field Technician – MSP will be responsible for providing support on Windows servers, computers, and firewalls with at least 1-4 years of experience. This person has a keen eye for details and is experienced in network principals and setup, patching equipment, and terminating of cables to data ports, patch panels, and connectors.
Field Technician – MSP Duties:
- Provide excellent service and support to end-users onsite at customer locations.
- Perform work on servers as required to resolve user facing tickets
- Work within server room environments for purposes of documentation, troubleshooting, and assisting engineers remotely.
- Work with vendors & partners concerning products and service issues.
Field Technician – MSP Requirements:
- Must have recent MSP industry experience
- Extensive work experience deploying and maintaining LANs;
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft (Workstation and Server)
- Nice to Have: Active Directory, M365, VMWare, Routing and Network Management experience
- Experience using a Ticketing system / RMM Tool and PSA software (Kaseya VSA & VMS)
Field Technician – MSP Benefits:
- Salary: $45,000 – $60,000
