Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP

We are seeking a Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP to join our rapidly growing company. We have been in business for more than 15 years supporting our Chicago clients. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP will work alongside senior engineers and gain hands-on experience. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP will be working closely with ConnectWise, Azure AD, M365, and G-Suite. You will also work closely with Cisco, Mac, and Windows servers. You will also be able to shadow and support our migration team on projects.

Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSPMSP Duties:

Troubleshooting and administering Microsoft infrastructure (M365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, etc.)
Maintain ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.)
Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers
Experience with network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, or ASA)
Experience with Windows Server (2008 – 2019)
Patience and understanding in helping to resolve client issues
Strong technical skills and willingness to learn
