Hybrid IT System Administrator (L2) – MSP Duties:
- Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
- Support with implementing robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data and applications
- Perform some analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new or existing computer systems in a Windows environment.
- Resolve customer issues, providing superior customer service to ensure satisfied customers
- Understand account procedures to properly inform customers of ticket status, and product availability, and manage customer expectations
- Deploy updates, patches, and configurations to ensure systems remain up-to-date and secure
- Provides support from start to finish for all desktop/server-related issues including problem assessment/resolution
- Design, implement, and manage hybrid IT solutions that encompass on-premises and cloud-based components
- Experience working with Exchange Server 2010 – 2019 Administration
- Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Experience working with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP administration
