The Hybrid IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) will be an escalation point on the Service Desk and the field. Primary responsibilities include visiting local client sites in the area to perform troubleshooting of TCP/IP, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, VMWare, etc. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and integrity of the server components of the network to include systems backups. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) will be joining a fast-growing industry-leading collocation, managed hosting, and managed services company. This position offers a flexible schedule, formal training and IT certification program, and rapid advancement into Systems Engineering role.

Hybrid IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) Duties

Monitoring and management of various client systems, company services and business support systems.
Create and update documentation of customer and business support systems. Documentation includes customer setup guides, client configurations and network diagrams
Perform remote and onsite project work such as: client onboarding, office build-outs, cloud migrations and build outs.
Work with our partners to monitor and maintain various hosted services offerings (Exchange, File, VoIP, Backup).
Ensure the integrity and timeliness of in-house and client system backups.ave)
Installation and configuration of windows server 2016-2019
Provide remote and onsite support for our customer base including support of desktops, applications, mobile devices and user accounts. This includes break/fix, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures.
