Hybrid IT System Engineer Tier II (VMware) MSP

We are a long-standing IT Manager Service Provider who has been in business since the late 90s. We specialize in supporting small to medium size businesses across Illinois. The Hybrid IT System Engineer Tier II (VMware) MSP must have the drive to want to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working alongside clients and supporting project consultations. You will be working closely with VMware, VPN, SQL, and M365. You will also support the senior engineers on deployments and migrations.

Hybrid IT System Engineer Tier II (VMware) MSP Duties:

Extensive experience with Hyper-V and VMware including deployment, advanced troubleshooting, and management
Experience with Microsoft Server Operating in an Enterprise Environment Including Management, Implementations into Dynamic Environments with Various Roles, Migrations, Group Policy Creation / Management, and High-Level Troubleshooting
Configuration, Management, Troubleshooting and Ability to Deploy Software Based Network Services.
Experience with Configuration, Deploying and Supporting Firewalls Including VPN and Site to Site VPN Configurations.
Ability to Develop and Implement Project Plans, Risk Assessments and Contingency Plans
Scripting experience including PowerShell and Batch is a plus
