Hybrid Jr. Partner Success Advisor/ Technical Account Manager

Looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to fill the exciting role of Hybrid Jr. Partner Success Advisor/ Technical Account Manager! As a Hybrid Jr. Partner Success Advisor/ Technical Account Manager, you will be the go-to person for our managed service provider (MSP) customers, providing technical expertise and serving as their main liaison between our company and theirs. In this position, you will be the master of all things MSP, learning and understanding the ins and outs of our MSP customers’ IT environments and ensuring that their needs are being met by our products and services. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues, while building strong relationships with our customers based on trust and excellent service.

Hybrid Jr. Partner Success Advisor/ Technical Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

Support and Assist the vCTO and TAMs

•        Execute on tasks delegated by the TAMs and vCTO as needed.

•        Attend on-boarding, project, and business review meetings.

•        Email and phone calls on behalf of TAMs and vCTO as directed.

SBR and QBR Process / Partner Check-in Meetings

•        Help administer the “account management” database and software system.

•        Assist with SBR preparation and presentation steps.

•        Deliver SBR presentations to Assigned Partners.

•        Lead QBR & Check-in Meetings with All Partners.

•        Manage Follow Up action items resulting from SBRs and QBRs as directed by vCTO.

Manage Sales Opportunities

•        Deliver approved quotes to Partners.

•        Work under direction of vCTO and TAMs to ensure complex quotes are ready for delivery.

•        Continuously follow up with Partners once quotes are delivered.

•        Assist with any Partner questions regarding quotes.

•        Mark quotes as either Accepted or Rejected.

Hybrid Jr. Partner Success Advisor/ Technical Account Manager Requirements:

  • Having worked in an MSP environment
  • Previous experience with technical support for small to medium size business
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft based technologies and systems
  • 2+ years of Office 365
  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
