Hybrid Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator – MSP Experience:
- Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including Install, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (i.e. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Some experience or knowledge on how to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
- Configure and troubleshoot point-to-site VPN connections
- Being the first point of defense and trying to resolve the issues before escalating the issue
- Act as liaison between customer and 3rd party vendors (i.e. internet service providers, line-of-business software vendors, etc.)
