Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Mac and Windows-based systems
- Configure and maintain Mac and Windows-based servers, computers, and networks
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving on issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades
- Provide end-user support for both Mac and Windows-based applications and systems
- Document and report technical issues and resolutions
Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division) Experience:
- Requirement to have MSP experience
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Mac and/or Windows Support Specialist
- Proficient in macOS operating system and macOS Server
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Thorough knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and concepts
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time management skills
Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division) Benefits:
