The Hybrid Mid-Level System Engineer (MSP) must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions. The Hybrid Mid-Level System Engineer (MSP) will support projects O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) support. The Hybrid Mid-Level System Engineer (MSP) will grow into leadership role where they will be the technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems.

Hybrid Mid-Level System Engineer (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, basic virtualization,
  • Windows Systems Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
  • Experience in general Network Administration/Troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network, or anywhere in between
  • MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
  • Network background working with Firewalls / Routing / Switching
  • Extensive knowledge in Installation & configuration of Windows Servers
  • Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise or other ticketing / RMM experience
