The ideal candidate should have a background in both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based technologies, with a firm understanding of networking, hardware and software installations, and virtualization.

Hybrid Senior System Engineer L3 – MSP Job Duties:

Provide technical expertise to align VMware Best Practices with company’s existing IT policies, workflows, and procedures in design process
Designing and implementing, migrating and supporting Windows, VMware/Hyper-V server networks
Maintaining and improving the technology infrastructure of our company, working closely with our team of L2 engineers to ensure operational efficiency
Deploying and configuration firewalls from scratch
AWS/Azure design, migrations and deployments

Hybrid Senior System Engineer L3 – MSP Requirements:

Understanding of complex multi-site IT infrastructures and coordinating with clients to maintain and improve them
Experience in managing hybrid environments, with knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Extensive experience working and understanding working with VMware and/or Hyper-V
Knowledge of automation tools, specifically PowerShell, Python or Bash
Providing advanced level technical support for end-users
Experience deploying and configuration Window Servers
Hands-on experience with M365, P2V, and V2V migrations
