Hybrid Senior System Engineer (Project Team) MSP

We are seeking a Hybrid Senior System Engineer (Project Team) MSP to join long standing company that supports across the DMV. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (Project Team) MSP will handle projects and communicate with C-level clients about deadlines and budgets.

The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (Project Team) MSP will create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation related to supported systems. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (Project Team) MSP must have the ability to perform with a high level of autonomy and come with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. You must have experience working with M365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) projects. Also you will be the technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems.

Hybrid Senior System Engineer (Project Team) MSP Duties:

MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
Azure deployments and migration experience
Expert-level experience managing Microsoft solutions (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Hyper-V, failover clustering, file services)
Provide top-notch technical support in your areas of subject matter expertise (network, virtualization)
Experience managing and creating of Active Directory and Group Policy
Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
VMware and/or Hyper-V experience
P2V migration experience
Troubleshooting and deploying Window server 2012-2019
Act as the highest point of escalation for Tier 2 and Tier 1 engineers.
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
