Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP

We are seeking a Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP to join our team who will monitor the onboarding of mid-size companies to the Cloud. The Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP will also spend some of their time supporting several clients that need ongoing network support and gains experience working alongside senior engineer regarding infrastructure upgrades, and migrations to cloud platforms. The Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies. The Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP will heavily use MS Office 365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP will have room to grow within the organization into a senior role.

Hybrid System Administrator (ConnectWise) – MSP Qualifications:

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required
Understanding and supporting 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
Knowledge of (AD, O365, Azure) and Network support (Switches, routers, firewalls)
Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
Knowledgeable in Hyper-V / VMWare
Knowledgeable in-network and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
User account maintenance
SharePoint and Teams experience
Windows 10 OS and MAC OS experience
User Account maintenance
SharePoint Administration experience
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
