We are currently seeking a Hybrid System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP our team full-time. The Hybrid System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP would be responsible for providing desktop and end-user technical support to our clients. You will review tickets, monitor dashboards, and respond to incidents promptly. You will handle any escalated ticket and assist with special projects as assigned. The Hybrid System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP must have the desire to learn on the job and handle any challenge thrown at them.

Hybrid System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP Experience:

Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Window Server, DNS, DHCP VPN
Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, Firewalls, VMWare servers, Citrix servers, Printer Servers, and Office 365
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Email Support and Mailbox Administration
Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each ticket
Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Monitoring Software (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Datto)
Experience with servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices
General knowledge in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks
Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows and Mac
Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair
Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
