Hybrid System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP:
- Experience supporting End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
- Technical experience with network level: LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
- Experience with Windows OS and server from 2008-2019
- Knowledge and experience with building and managing firewalls
- Experience working with one of the following tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc…).
- Onsite or remote support relating to technical issues involving all of Microsoft’s core business applications (AD, DNS, Exchange, Hyper-V, etc.), VMware, and Client Operating Systems
