Hybrid System Administrator (Tier 2) MSP Duties:
- Upgrading hardware and software as needed to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Systems set up and testing including installing and updating OS and software.
- Troubleshoot network devices, printers, and business-specific or line-of-business applications.
- Ongoing management of Office 365 and Azure environments
- Experience working with VMware and/or Hyper-V, ConnectWise/Labtech
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
Hybrid System Administrator (Tier 2) MSP Salary & Benefits:
