Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) – MSP must have excellent customer service and have experience juggling many projects at once. The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) – MSP must experience with cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions. You will lead as the technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems. Also will be supporting O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) support.

Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) – MSP Expectation:

Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues remotely, or at client sites.
Handle escalations/questions from the team, mentor junior techs, and lead training sessions
Liaise with vendors and other third parties to move issues toward completion
Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
Detailed understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & network concepts.
Virtualization technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V
Firewall configuration and troubleshooting, SonicWall experience a plus
Network switch configuration and troubleshooting, CISCO a plus.
