Hybrid Technical Account Manager (TAM) – MSP Duties:
- Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Onboard and document new client environments to facilitate a graceful transition during new service/agreement implementations
- Build long-term partnerships with assigned clients. Ensure client satisfaction by fostering highly responsive communication between customers and cross-functional internal teams
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of client satisfaction and retention in a fast paced environment
- Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations
