Hybrid Windows Systems Support Engineer (MSP) Requirements:

Exposure to cloud-based environments
VMware troubleshooting/support
Azure Active Directory, Group Policies
MSP (Managed Service Provider) Experience

Hybrid Windows Systems Support Engineer (MSP) Daily Responsibilities:

60% Administration/ Engineering
30% Escalated Support
10% Mentorship
