IT Account Executive (MSP) Overview:

We are seeking an IT Account Executive (MSP) to bring in new business. As an IT Account Executive (MSP), you will be in charge of finding, qualifying, and closing leads. This is a full-time, permanent role with an OTE of $110k – $150k, dependent on revenue created.
IT Account Executive (MSP) Description of Responsibilities:
- 100% hunter role – finding and qualifying leads, handing off to account managers/operations team (commission paid on what we close, business development person doesn’t need to be involved in the full sales cycle)
- No account management
- Track activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Learn about the services, including break/fix technical support, private cloud offerings, IT projects, and consulting services.
- Understand the needs of broker-dealers and other financial service providers.
- Participate in industry networking events.
IT Account Executive (MSP) Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT focused business development, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous MSP experience highly preferred
- Eagerness to learn and exceed performance goals.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them to non-technical audiences.
- Basic knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies, and current tech trends.
IT Account Executive (MSP) Salary + Benefits:
- Base of $65k – $75k with 1st year OTE of $110k – $150k
