About

IT Business Development Manager (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Sign new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) clients by executing company sales
    strategies
  • Prospect, network, develop and create relationships with key decision makers and turn
    those relationships into new MRR clients
  • Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Negotiate and close new business
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques that apply solutions across our full suite of product
    offerings
  • Manage the clients you sign as Account Owner during Onboarding – from initial month of
    service until it transitions to the Sales Desk
  • Support Service Team to increase revenue with existing clients

IT Business Development Manager (MSP) Experience:

  • Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider is REQUIRED
  • 3-5+ Yeas of IT Sales Experience selling IT Services in the MSP space
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft stack and other technologies such as Windows OS, Azure, O365, Cisco products, Windows Servers, Security solutions, etc.
