IT Field Engineer – Managed Services Support Team

We are currently looking for an IT Field Engineer – Managed Services Support Team to do about 50% on-site server support for multiple SMB clients (local travel only). The IT Field Engineer – Managed Services Support Team role will be a good opportunity for an up-and-coming junior tech to gain exposure to emerging virtualization and cloud technologies and grow beyond basic desktop support. The IT Field Engineer – Managed Services Support Team opening is well-suited for someone with some experience with a Managed Service Provider and at least 3 years of server experience.

IT Field Engineer – Managed Services Support Team Requirements:

  • Experience troubleshooting/administering Microsoft infrastructure technologies (O365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Group Policy, etc)
  • Windows Server 2016/2016
  • Experience in an SLA-driven environment, servicing multiple clients concurrently
  • Experience using a help desk ticketing system
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
