IT Field Engineer – Managed Services Support Team Requirements:
- Experience troubleshooting/administering Microsoft infrastructure technologies (O365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Group Policy, etc)
- Windows Server 2016/2016
- Experience in an SLA-driven environment, servicing multiple clients concurrently
- Experience using a help desk ticketing system
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
