IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP)

We are looking for a passionate IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) with exceptional skills in deploying Windows Servers, managing VMware or Hyper-V and using ConnectWise. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional assistance to our clients, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, setting up complex environments, and implementing new solutions.

IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and guidance to our clients
Manage and maintain Windows servers, handle escalated tickets, set up complex environments
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined.
Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
Install advanced endpoint security software.
Server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP
Configuring and deploying Firewalls

IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements:

Professional MSP (Managed Service Provider) Experience
Experience with Windows Server deployment or configuration
Experience with Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
Hands on experience with RMM tools – ConnectWise/Datto/Autotask
Experience with Firewalls
