- Provide technical support and guidance to our clients
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, handle escalated tickets, set up complex environments
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
- Install advanced endpoint security software.
- Server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP
- Configuring and deploying Firewalls
IT Field Engineer Tier 2 – MSP Requirements:
- Professional MSP (Managed Service Provider) Experience
- Experience with Windows Server deployment or configuration
- Experience with Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
- Hands on experience with RMM tools – ConnectWise/Datto/Autotask
- Experience with Firewalls
