IT Field Technician & IT Support Specialist Tier II (MSP) Technologies/ Requirements:
- Windows Servers
- VMware, Hyper-V
- ConnectWise a major plus
- Ability to conceptualize the design and deployments of new offices and new clients (Windows/VMware/Cloud)
- Experience with Network Administration
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Exchange and Azure AD
- Ability to articulate your work to the client in non-technical terms
- 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
