IT Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Experience with Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022 Server roles
- Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, 11, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
- Experience with M365 Administration
- Experience with Azure (Entra ID and Intune)
- Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
