IT Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (ConnectWise) Overview:

We deliver superior, enduring IT solutions, cloud computing, consultation, networking, and migrating clients from on-prem solutions to cloud solutions. We are continuing to scale and are seeking a IT Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP). The IT Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (ConnectWise) will support Windows Servers, M365 administration, Datto, configuring/maintaining servers via Hyper-V and VMWare, and cloud computing (Azure/AWS/G-suite).

Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider is REQUIRED.

IT Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

Experience with Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022 Server roles
Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, 11, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
Experience with M365 Administration
Experience with Azure (Entra ID and Intune)
Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
