IT Help Desk Technician L2 (MSP) Overview:

The IT Help Desk Technician L2 (MSP) is primarily responsible for working in a team environment doing a mixture of escalated support and proactive backend server administration. In terms of technology, we’re Microsoft focused with a strong emphasis on M365, VMware, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, and Azure.

IT Help Desk Technician L2 (MSP) Experience and Requirements:

  • Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 and 2022 Server
  • Onsite installing, administering, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products (Windows 10, 11, and MS Office application suite)
  • Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, GPO, switches and firewalls
  • Basic Network connectivity (Ping, IP address, etc.) – SonicWALL preferred.
  • Enjoys challenge of continuous learning required for evolving technologies
  • Versed in business practices and how IT strategy can be incorporated as a tool
  • Previous experience working for a MSP or supporting multiple domains concurrently
