IT Help Desk Technician L2 (MSP) Overview:

We are a 25 year old Managed Services Provider working with small to mid-sized companies located primarily in the North Dallas area. We are focused on providing clients with cutting edge technology solutions and excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on having a low turnover rate and providing employees with the opportunities to grow through weekly paid trainings, certification reimbursement, and working with Senior Engineers on project work.

The IT Help Desk Technician L2 (MSP) is primarily responsible for working in a team environment doing a mixture of escalated support and proactive backend server administration. In terms of technology, we’re Microsoft focused with a strong emphasis on M365, VMware, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, and Azure.
