IT Help Desk Technician L2 (MSP) Experience and Requirements:
- Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 and 2022 Server
- Onsite installing, administering, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products (Windows 10, 11, and MS Office application suite)
- Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, GPO, switches and firewalls
- Basic Network connectivity (Ping, IP address, etc.) – SonicWALL preferred.
- Enjoys challenge of continuous learning required for evolving technologies
- Versed in business practices and how IT strategy can be incorporated as a tool
- Previous experience working for a MSP or supporting multiple domains concurrently
